上場企業や大手外資系日本法人から中小企業まで幅広い顧客に対し、民間企業で培ったビジネス感覚、現場の最前線での豊富な交渉経験、弁護士としての15年超の実務経験を踏まえ、実践的なリーガルサービスを提供している。また、上場企業の社外役員としてガバナンス体制の構築と強化のためのアドバイスも積極的に行っている。近年はスポーツ法務に注力している。
He provides practical legal advises to a wide range of clients, including listed companies, subsidiaries of large foreign companies in Japan as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, based on his business sense cultivated in the private sector, abundant negotiation experience on the front lines, and over 15 years of practical experience as a lawyer. In addition, he actively provides advice as outside executives of the listed companies for maintaining and strengthening of governance systems. He has also been focusing on the area of sports legal affairs in recent years.
